Full Stack Developer in Bangladesh
One developer, the whole stack — from database schema to deployed product.
I'm Shah Israil, a full stack developer based in Sylhet, Bangladesh. I build complete web products — the React or Next.js interface your users touch, the Node.js API that powers it, the MongoDB data layer underneath, and the deployment pipeline that keeps it online.
Working with one developer across the full stack removes the handoff problems that slow teams down: no waiting on a backend specialist to expose an endpoint, no design drifting from the data model. Decisions about performance, security and cost get made once, with the whole picture in view.
I work with founders, agencies and small teams worldwide — communicating in clear English, shipping in small reviewable increments, and documenting what I build so you are never locked into the code.

How we work
Scope
We turn your idea into a short written spec: features, pages, data entities and a fixed milestone plan. No vague estimates.
Build
You get working increments on a staging URL, usually weekly. You review real software early, not a big reveal at the end.
Launch
Production deployment, domain and SSL setup, monitoring, and a walkthrough of the admin areas so you can run it yourself.
Support
After launch I stay available for fixes and iterations — or hand over clean documentation if your team takes it from here.
Common questions
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Most of my work is with international clients across different time zones. I keep communication async-friendly: written updates, staging links, and scheduled calls when needed.
How do we start a project?
Send me a short description of what you want to build through the contact form or any of my freelance profiles. I reply with questions, a scope outline and a milestone-based estimate — usually within a day.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. I start with a short audit — stack, data model, deployment state — then give you a written assessment of what is safe to keep, what needs refactoring and what the risks are before writing code.
